Annie's Guest House- This family-run, relaxed and friendly B&B is a few minutes' walk from parks, beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, nightlife and local transport links including South Shields Metro Station. Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside and secure cycle parking is available. A full English breakfast is served from 06:30 every day, freshly cooked to order. Special diets can be catered for. You can use the guest fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Single-sex party groups cannot be accommodated (4 people maximum).

Links Side Guest House- With views across Bude Downs and golf course, this friendly 4-star guest accommodation is a short walk from beaches and local amenities. There is a separate residents lounge with books and games, and a flat-screen TV (also with a DVD player and Freeview channels). As a resident you will have access to your room and the lounge at all times. This is a traditional, large English Victorian house with high ceilings and a modern feel to it. Springfield House is a private guest house offering friendly and efficient service. All rooms mix modern comforts such as LCD TV (Freeview) with the feel of an 18th-century building. Each is en suite and some have a whirlpool bath. From Springfield House you can easily reach Belfry Golf Course and Drayton Manor Park. Birmingham International Rail Station and Coleshill Parkway Rail Station are around 2 miles (3.2 km) away. Springfield House is entirely non-smoking, except for the garden areas. Meadow Inn and Steakhouse- This modern country pub is just outside Ironbridge, in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site, a few minutes from Telford centre. Meadow Inn offers en suite rooms in a Georgian house next to the inn building. The rooms are all spacious, light and well-appointed with en suite showers and baths. The Meadow Inn is known locally for its steakhouse menu, which uses only high-quality local beef from Oswestry.

Arundel House- This privately owned Regency-period building is in Cheddar. There is friendly, helpful service and a licensed bar lounge where a fire burns during cold weather. Previously The Market Cross Hotel, Arundel House offers fresh 3-course evening meals (when requested 24 hours in advance). For those with allergies, please note that Arundel House has dog (Sweep) and a cat (Tanta). For those with no allergies, both are very friendly and happy to meet guests! Whilst at Arundel House you can easily visit the Cheddar Caves, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills.

The Belmont- This exceptionally clean, family-run guest accommodation has a variety of room types and is centrally located 5 minutes from the town centre and sea front. All rooms are tastefully decorated, and feature Freeview digital TV, as well as beverage-making facilities. There are family rooms available. The Inn With The Well- This charming family-run inn has an attractive and tranquil setting in the midst of the rolling Marlborough Downs, with great access to the region's major road network. The Inn With The Well gets its name from the original well set in the restaurant floor. Bulletproof glass has been used to provide a safe cover for the well, allowing you to stand on top and look down the 30-metre shaft of this impressive original feature. Originally established in 1647, this traditional coaching inn is situated on the Ridgeway path, Europe's oldest highway. Today, the inn still has a convenient location, with good access to the area's main roads. The inn is just off the A346, only 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M4 motorway.
