We are situated just off the main York to Hull road (a1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Quiet dogs are welcome by arrangement. The properties are located close to the main office on Silver Street. Each is in a quiet location. The leisure facilities are adjacent to our offices and can be booked for private use for a small fee. Leisure facilities include a private heated pool, a giant Scalextric track, a sauna and a gym. Parking is available on request at an additional cost.

Grange Lodge - This delightful and friendly family-run guest house is ideally located just a short walk away from York Minster and the historic and cultural centre of York. The city offers many historic attractions and a variety of culture and entertainment. You can indulge with a day of shopping, or enjoy a meal or drink in the excellent choice of bars and restaurants found nearby. York has something to offer everyone! Grange Lodge is also within easy reach of both the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales.
