The dining room overlooks the garden, where there is often plenty of wildlife to watch on the lawn. The breakfast menu has lots of choice; evening meals and packed lunches are available by arrangement. Local organic ingredients are used as much as possible. The non-smoking Estate House has on-site parking, with a lock-up garage for cycles. Ford Village is between the A1 and A697 roads. The Estate House is well place for coastal attractions such as Holy Island and Bamburgh.

Charlies Cafe Bar- Naughty Nell's is a beautifully restored 16th century coaching inn at the heart of the historic market town of Shifnal, which was described by Charles Dickens in The Old Curiosity Shop. Grade II listed, the inn is surrounded by attractive half-timbered and Georgian houses and close to the Norman church which was one of the few buildings to escape a great fire in 1591 which destroyed most of the town. It was reputedly the home of Nell Gwynn and her legendary bed chamber.

Meadow Inn and Steakhouse- This modern country pub is just outside Ironbridge, in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site, a few minutes from Telford centre. Duke Of Wellington Inn- The Duke of Wellington is an ivy-clad traditional eighteenth century inn located in Danby, near Whitby. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring the Moors, Whitby and the coast. Built in 1732, the Inn was used as a recruiting post during the Napoleonic Wars. An iron plaque of the Duke of Wellington was recently uncovered on the outside of the building and has been mounted on the fireplace in the bar. Restoration and refurbishment has improved the facilities whilst maintaining the character and charm of this traditional country inn.

Lord Nelson Hotel- A privately run hotel offering basic accommodation at hostel prices. A converted Grade II listed house with a wealth of national charm. We are central to Shropshire's tourist attractions and close to the historic town of Ironbridge, which hosts the Blists Hill working museum from the industrial revolution. We are also close to the centre of Wellington, a traditional market town, yet within easy reach of the modern shopping centre of Telford with its large variety of shops and big name superstores, which are also close by. Wellington Railway Station links with Shrewsbury and the Welsh coast in one direction, and Manchester and London Euston in the other. The railway links to all major towns.
