Columbus Hotel- On an elegant, tree-lined avenue, close to Hyde Park, the West End and Oxford Street, less than 350 metres from London Paddington Station, this bed and breakfast hotel has a good location. You can relax with a drink by the open fire or in the garden. Our 2 buildings were originally constructed by William Harold, a carpenter, who built a house and workshop around 1750. In 1871, William Harold III converted the house into a public house and in 1981, the workshops were converted into bed and breakfast accommodation. Queens Head- This delightful country inn with panoramic views is well located for the Dales and for visitors to Catterick Garrison. Queen's Head is set between Bedale and Leyburn in Lower Wensleydale. It has a 17th-century interior with stone walls, original beams and a new restaurant. Cricket Field House- A mile from Salisbury city centre, this 4-star (AA) B&B is in its own beautiful gardens, well situated on the A36 for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum and Longleat.
