This charming, characterful 18th century farmhouse nestles within the heart of the breathtaking, picturesque South Downs and is only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Chichester. The South Downs Way passes just behind the hotel, making our bed and breakfast guest house a great base for walking. Stay in our quaint comfortable bedrooms and dine with us on Friday and Saturday nights; book a table early to avoid disappointment or eat at the many excellent country inns and restaurants in the area. We have a sample menu on our own website and we offer free wireless internet access in all public areas and 12 of our bedrooms. Our accommodation comprises 13 en suite rooms with all modern amenities set around an attractive courtyard garden which was originally the farm yard. We now serve complimentary afternoon tea in summer here upon arrival. This is a non-smoking establishment.
