Holgate Bridge York - The Holgate Bridge is close to the centre of York, one of Europe's premier historic cities. At the centre of Yorkshire, York is an ideal centre for visiting the county's many attractions. A warm welcome awaits you at our friendly, family-run establishment, offering comfortable accommodation only 10 minutes walk from the historic city centre. We boast a large car park for our residents during the period of stay. Check-in time indication is required on booking - the latest being 22:00 hours, unless prior arrangements are made.

The Wheeldale - Located on the western cliff of Whitby, with a premier sea view, this award-winning accommodation offers a freshly cooked breakfast and a self-service bar. The Wheeldale was the winner of the Accommodation of the Year award at the Whitby Hospitality Association awards in November 2008. Most of the rooms are large and modern with an en suite, and a few smaller rooms are available. Four rooms have a stunning sea view, and the whole of the hotel is non-smoking. Crossing the road, you can walk straight down onto the beach for fresh sea air and brisk walks.

The Middleham - On the magnificent West Cliff of Whitby, this family-run guest house offers comfortable en suite accommodation, wonderful sea views, free wireless internet access and a tasty breakfast. Situated in a quiet side road, the Middleham has a good location from which to enjoy Whitby, within easy reach of all that this pretty seaside town has to offer. The seafront is just 150 metres away and the town centre is just 5 minutes' walk away. You can take the cliff lift or walk down to Whitby's miles of golden sands. Explore the charming old town with its narrow cobble streets or walk up the 199 steps to St Mary's church and Whitby Abbey. The spacious en suite rooms include double, family and king-size four-poster rooms. Some of the rooms have stunning sea views. Each room has a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and an alarm clock/radio. Free wireless internet access is available throughout. There is a large resident's lounge, with a TV and video. Bull Lodge Guest House - We offer conveniently-located, comfortable accommodation, all non-smoking. A modern, detached, no-smoking guest house residence, built in the early 1980s, in a tree-lined side-street, a short walk from York's old centre, with private car parking and garaging for cycles and motorbikes. We are situated just off the main York to Hull road (a1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Quiet dogs are welcome by arrangement. All rooms are non-smoking. Rates include full-choice breakfast cooked-to-order. Saturday night-only bookings are not available. Note that the latest check-in is 21:00.

Brindley - This family-run guest house is 10 minutes' walk from the town, North Bay and South Bay. Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Brindley has 6 en suite double bedrooms, and 2 single rooms with a shared shower room. All rooms have a TV and tea-making facilities. Back rooms overlook Scarborough cricket ground. A few minutes' walk will bring you to Peasholm Park and boating lake.

Elford House - With free Wi-Fi and free private parking, this beautifully renovated Edwardian house offers comfortable, fully equipped en suite rooms, just 5 minutes' walk from Whitby's town centre. Elford House is close to all that Whitby has to offer, including the beach, the harbour, and the shops. Suddaby's Crown Hotel - BandB - This eight bedroom old coaching inn providing bed & breakfast accommodation, has been run by the Suddaby family since 1871. A small friendly bed & breakfast with very long-standing horse racing and brewing connections. Seven real ales are always available in the main bar, which has a welcoming fire and good conversation. The pub has been included in the Good Beer Guide for over 21 consecutive years and we have also been voted Camra'a Rural Pub of the Year for seven out of the past eight years. We opened Malt'on hops, our specialist bottled beer and wine shop in 2005 to showcase to our own award-winning beers and many more micro-breweries' beers. Our wine is top quality and the range increases on an ongoing basis.

North Sands Lodge - Offering great value for money, North Sands Lodge has spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, some with shared bathrooms and some with en suite facilities. With attention to detail and your comfort the main concern, North Sands Lodge offers a range of accommodation to suit the needs and budget of any visitor. Shannon Court Guesthouse - This High Harrogate guest house is a 7-minute walk from the International Conference Centre and Harrogate town centre, and will offer you a homely welcome. St George's - St George's is a family-run bed and breakfast with 10 individually decorated en suite bedrooms. This Victorian house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac across from York's racecourse. It is a 10 minute walk to the city walls but less to the start of York's many wonderful eating places. From here to get to the city center you can either walk round on the walls at Micklegate Bar towards the spectacular ancient Minster or under them where the shops start. Both ways take around a further 10 minutes, so it is 20 minutes walking from us to the middle of town. Our emphasis is on friendliness and cleanliness. We offer full English breakfast in the dining room or relax and take advantage of our breakfast in bed at no extra charge.
