The Pilgrims Rest - The Pilgrims Rest is a sympathetically renovated, Grade II listed, late 16th-early 17th century building, now housing a bar and lounge area, a dining room and 6 en suite bedrooms. The Pilgrims rest has a rich and fascinating history. In the early 19th century, the building was home to a farrier, whose forge stood next door. As recently as the early 1900s, part of the building was a butcher's. Today, the property has been carefully restored and sensitively refurbished by your hosts, Gerard and Denise McNicholas. There are now 6 en suite rooms with all the comforts the modern traveller requires, including tea/coffee making facilities and flat-screen TVs with Freeview digital channels. Each room also has a work desk and ironing facilities. The Pilgrims Rest has a bar and lounge area and a dining room where breakfast is served or where an evening meal can be enjoyed. Free wireless internet is available in public areas. In the centre of Littlebourne, on the A257 main road, only 4 miles (6.5 km) south of Canterbury, the Pilgrims Rest makes a good base, whatever your reason for visiting the area. The Crown Inn - The newly refurbished Crown Inn has 7 brand new en-suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant with a'la carte menu. The Crown overlooks beautiful Chislehurst Common. If you enjoy walking, then Chislehurst is on one of the Green Chain routes from Mottingham Lane to Beckenham Park (4 1/2 miles). The Crown is very close to the well known Chislehurst Caves which extend for nearly 20 miles and date back over 4,000 years. The caves became more widely known after their use during the Second World War as an air raid shelter, not only for the locals but for over 10,000 Londoners who travelled to the caves each night by special train. It was so well organised that people could pay 1d per night for a bunk and there was also a cinema, church and hospital for them to use during their time underground. The caves are thought to be entirely man made and were created during three periods of time by our ancestors - well worth a visit. The Crown Inn has 7 guest rooms, all of which are non-smoking.

Woolpack Inn - Tudor beamed houses surround this cosy inn, which is graced by the Grey Lady, a resident, but friendly, ghost! Probably one of the cosiest inns in Kent, if not in England, with a well kept cellar! A lovely old inn near the ancient village square at Chilham in the heart of the garden of England - Kent. This is probably one of the most picturesque villages in Kent.

Windsor Hotel - The Windsor is family run and family friendly, offering reasonably priced basic guest accommodation right by Folkestone's famous Leas Promenade and The Leas Cliff Hall entertainment venue. On the Kent coast, the Windsor is within walking distance of the refurbished Bandstand and Amphitheatre. Both feature live events within the new Lower Leas Coastal Park, where there is also an adventure playground and pebble beach. Children are welcome at the Windsor Hotel, and can enter the bar area if with an adult. Pets can also be accommodated, free of charge. Each en suite room has a 4-channel TV and tea/coffee.
